Body Triangle Counter - Submission or Escape

When your opponent has your back and locks a body triangle, first thing to do is protect your neck. Then, lie down to your side in the direction of the lock. If your opponent releases the body triangle, try to get your back to touch the floor and continue to shrimp out. But if your opponent doesn't release the body triangle, step your foot over and trap his foot. Lift your hips up to put pressure on his foot for the finish.
