Guard Sweep - Sit-up Sweep

Pedro Sauer demonstrates the sit-up sweep (also known as the hip-bump sweep). When your opponent pulls back and postures up, get up on your elbow and then post with your hand. Reach around the outside of your opponent's arm (in a half-kimura grip) and thrust your hips to sweep.
