Guillotine Defense - Shoulder Pressure

June 11, 2010 by admin

Saulo Riberio demonstrates an escape from a guillotine. First, you protect your neck. Then you reach over his shoulder to his back and put all your weight on your opponent by tripoding up. Instead of tripoding straight, go at an angle. Make sure your shoulder pressure turns your opponent's head away so he cannot follow you on the other side.
