Rob Kahn demonstrates how to maintain control of an opponent by controlling your opponent's head with shoulder pressure. Place your arm around your opponent's head with your pinky against his neck. Push across horizontally so your opponent faces away from you. Then go vertical so your weight is on your opponent's neck. This idea will limit your opponent's options, i.e. he will not be able to bridge, bump, turn into you, etc.
