Ken Primola demonstrates a sitting guard pass. Ken describes the importance of removing the one hook of a sitting guard player. If your opponent has a hook and a deep underhook, you're in trouble. In the technique, Ken says to push the knee of the hooking leg to the inside while kicking your leg back. Then clear the guard to one side to kesa gatame side control.
