Ryan Hall demonstrates a more efficient way to finish the triangle choke. He discusses the inefficiency of the "traditional" finish of the triangle choke and makes a great argument for his modification. The traditional finish uses weak abductor muscles, whereas the Ryan's modified triangle choke finish uses strong hamstring and quadracep muscles to cut off the carotid arteries. Rotate perpendicular, kick and curl.
